Hello i am 19 years old. i had some concerns over some swollen lymph nodes. i have three on my neck. two on one side and one on the other. i also have one in my left armpit. they have not increased in size or gone away. when should i be concerned?

You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
