I have 2 lymph nodes in my neck that are over 3cm long, been that way slowly growing for 4 years. fna was clear. ultrasound looks normal beyond size. doctors are saying im fine should i trust them? doesnt that size seem too big with no cause?

You are obviosly not fine- as you are worrying. You can go for another opinion and then make sure you understand the rationale for why the glands are enlaged etc. Good luck
