Not Very Likely: Given your age it is highly unlikely you have colon cancer. Major factors that increase the risk of colon cancer include family history, age, and inflammatory bowel disease. Most common cause of swollen lymph nodes in neck are a recent viral or bacterial infection. See your doctor if you are concerned or have concerning gastrointestinal complaints.
