What size are lymph nodes when there not swollen? and how can i tell if i have a swollen lymph node or a normal node which isn't enlarged?i have allot of nodes feelable in my neck which are below 1/2 an inch. i've had them for 2 years with no change?

One half inch is well within the normal range of a normal lymph node at rest. They are often felt easily in the neck where they are not buried in muscle or fat layers.
