Get an Examination: Although it's a good sign that the size of your lymph node has not changed I would suggest a clinical exam to be on the safe side. You need a complete history and physical and standard lab tests to rule out any possible serious problems. Please make an appointment with your Family Doctor for an exam.

Probably: Lumps or lymph nodes that have been the same time for an extended period of time (years) are of less concern than lumps or nodes that have increased in size over a short period of time (weeks or months). Best bet is to see a doctor and have it checked out. Good luck David Fox, MD, FACS www.FoxVein.com
