No.: Mildly coarse is consistent with slight fatty infiltration of the liver add the biopsy showed. US is not very useful for quantifying the amount of fat in the liver.

Just had an mri with and without contrast liver cyst nothing else. Ultrasound said slightly increased hepatic echogenicity possible early steatosis why didnt mri pick this up? Can mri miss liver cirrhosis or fatty liver? Please help me Im anxious?
