Just had an mri with and without contrast liver cyst nothing else. ultrasound said slightly increased hepatic echogenicity possible early steatosis why didnt mri pick this up? can mri miss liver cirrhosis or fatty liver? please help me im anxious?

It will depend on exactly which CT and MRI were used and the protocol they followed. Discuss with the scanners.
