The reference range is set up by labs and may vary slightly. Your liver enzymes appear normal as does completed work up so far. Your gastroenterologist/ hepatologist remains your best resource in trying to explain findings in your actual clinical context.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, if your bilirubin is stable, the slightly higher value is of no concern. Rest of your values are within normal limits. Do not obsess over minor variations. Wish you good health!
