Dieting: may be of value. You may need to stop or at least decrease the amount of alcohol you ingest. Alcohol can cause cirrhosis of the liver amount other illnesses. Fatty liver will improve with a healthier diet. Hope this helps

Liver: Stop all alcohol use. Since you are using alcohol, more than likely you have alcoholic fatty liver disease and or true alcoholic lover disease. Get your liver function tested. If your BMI is high then weight loss and dietary changes help. This is a red flag please respond to this have it followed up with your MD. Best of luck.
