Biopsy revealed fibrosis due to alcohol in liver a few months ago. today i read note that says abdomen ultraound normal. did fibrosis go away?

No: Fibrosis that is still fairly mild and that involves the small units of the liver uniformly does not produce the large tissue consistency interfaces that ultrasound detects
