No, Not A Seizure: Interesting question. She having nightmares about having a seizure? I couldn't find nightmares on the (extensive) list of possible side effects although some related ones, like insomnia, are there.Later in pregnancy the drug level can decrease. Also, it is suggested that pregnant patients taking Keppra (levetiracetam) enroll in the North American Antiepileptic Drug (NAAED) Pregnancy Registry (888-233-2334)
