My daughter diagnosed with grand mal seizures she is on keppra (levetiracetam) did she will be take off the keppra (levetiracetam) or we will continue using keppra (levetiracetam) for years?

That depends: It is a very frightening experience to witness your child having a seizure. It is important to have a good relationship with a neurologist. Many children do wean off of anti-seizure medication after a few years, so it is possible that after a lengthy stretch without any seizure activity, your neurologist will try weaning her off the medication.
