Happy New Year! For the past 3 wks each time after a meal I have the following sym: Nausea, dizziness,tired and chest pain and Occasionally pain in the lower R. Side Stomach. No sign of heart burn. I do suffer from IBS. Thx?

My stomach is harder on the left side under my ribs than on the right. If I strech my muscles it's the same, but without stretching it's different. I sometimes feel a discomfort on this side, a doctor said it's likely IBS.Is the difference a problem?
