GB or other causes: IBS is a non specific diagnosis used for GI complaints when all other causes have been eliminated. It's not a true diagnosis. Has your gallbladder been evaluated - that would be the most common cause of RUQ pain and nausea? Strong urine could be due to dehydration if you're not taking in enough fluid and nourishment. Not enough info here for in depth evaluation. Push for more evaluation. Good luck
