Feels like something under my right rib, pressing down to public bone, appendix was removed in jul,after thyroid operation in jul i get ibs symptoms,some days are better that other have stomach spasms,lots of gas when i eat and drink anything?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor, preferably a GI doctor. If you are overweight, losing weight will help. Wish you good health!
