Anasarca: Increased swelling can be due to many issues but usually either heart/lung disease, liver disease, and kidney disease are common. A good history and physical exam should clue your docs. Based on that information test can be ordered. The history you have given doesn't point to a cause. Stopping all NSAIDs would help since they can contribute to edema. Contact your doc. Best of luck
