Concerned about cousin, she has ms & leukemia for many years,but now blood work showed high liver levels, total protein 6.2, alt 210, ast 163, alkaline phoshatase 254.. had ultrasound & doc said nothing life threating but what would cause this,ideas?

Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, what medications is she on? It is likely that medications may be part of the explanation of the results. If she drinks alcohol that may be an explanation too.
