Fertility doc did laparoscopy after 4 miscarriages and unable to conceive for the past year. fimbriae were blunted but open. was unsure what affect this has on fertility. any ideas? also had ovary twisted and adhered to colon- corrected.

Decreased fertility: yes, but the corrective surgery may have helped. Increased risk of ectopic pregnancy as well. If positive pregnancy test/missed period, see your doctor for an ultrasound for locating the pregnancy. IF no pregnancy after 3 - 6 ovulatory cycles, see your doctor for further assistance.
