Create a specific: plan if action, i.e.,a food plan and an exercise plan, with the help and permission of your doctor. Low carbs and high protein is one way to go. Peace and good health. Please write it all down. Bread, pizza, pasta, gone or to a bare minimum can help, along w/power waling 20-30 minutes daily, brisk walk rather than slow stroll. Headphones or meditation can keep boredom at bay. You can do it!
