Hypoglycemic diet: Diet is a long discussion, to lose weight focus on hypoglycemic diet, that is less sweets, starch , and reduce your total calorie intake. Must eat 3 meals a day. Do not eat late at night. More vegetables and priteins.Excercise as well.
