Question?: I don't see your question, but if your weight has been stable, and you feel well, there is no need to try to make your weight increase, just for the sake of seeing a higher number on a scale. You appear to be blessed with a great metabolism.

Unlikely to help: If you do not want medication , try not eat too much meat especially red meat , shell fish, avoid alcohol and drink plenty of water. Elevated uric acid is a bad metabolic disease not just painful gout, it will damage blood vessels including coronaries, best advice take medication.
