Weight loss: With your height and weight you are not too bad. Please go on-line to Body Mass Index (BMI) and calculated your index. It won't be much more than 25 which is OK. If you don't like the result plan to lose 1/2 a pound a week.till you are down 10 pound. If you drop your weight too quickly you are likely to get it back quickly. Don't forget to exercise.
