Glucagon!: Its hard for women with PCOS to lose weight. Metformin can help you lose weight. Also, if you fast (No food or sugar passes your lips) between about 4 in the afternoon and about 8 in the morning, it will help you lose weight because your body will produce Glucagon (fat burning). Do this, and exercise in the morning before you eat, you will lose even more weight. Best wishes!
