Height: It is very unlikely that you will grow any taller at your age. If possible, contact your pediatrician who charted your height and weight until you were 19 or so. If that is a the low end you should share this with your current doctor. That said, is short stature common in your family?

Waste of time/money: At 31 or 23 (unclear from data) you are past the time when growth centers close in women. (15-17 yr) Pubertal changes like breast development and menses reflect the hormones that drive the growth centers to close. Once closed, you will not grow taller because of supplements, hormone injections, diets or exercises. High healed shoes can give you a temporary boost.
