Depends : In answer to your first question, taking supplements depends entirely on what is in the supplement. If it is a multivitamin, of course that is fine. There are supplements that may do harm, however. Lifting weights at 15 is fine if supervised by experienced trainers and coaches. Overhead lifting in and of itself will not stunt growth.
