Save your money: It's unlikely any supplement will add height at age 40. Height is in part determined by genetic (e.g. your mon & dad height) and environmental factors (e.g. access to nutrtion). Growth usually occurs from pre teen to early adulthood. Once growth plates are closed, it's unlikely any gain in height will occur. Save your money as supplements are unlikely to work

Fantasy: Your final height is dependent on growth centers in your bones that remain open in childhood & the teen years. The hormones that drive puberty also drive the final growth phase after which the growth centers close, ending any chance at future growth. There is no "product", hormone, diet, exercise, or anything else that will make you add inches afterwards. Supplements are not regulated by the FDA.
