No: You need a Pediatrician to follow and advise if his height really abnormal, and if so he can recommend treatment.No one should take HGH without expert advice at any age.

Don't help: Products that say they support growth are unregulated by the FDA and not required to provide any proof of their claims.As such, they do support growth, since they contain material already in your diet. But they are not required to provide evidence that they take growth to a better level than you would be without it.I consider them a waste of money.U.S. kids have the most expensive pee in the world

No: I would recommend you see your pediatrician. He can tell you what your son's height should be for his genetic disposition & assess his pubertal development. He could just be a "late bloomer" and will catch up with time. If he truly has a growth hormone deficiency, the OTC supplements will not help anyway. He would need to be seen by an endocrinologist and receive HGH injections.
