Monitor and wait.: It is a part of protective mechanisms that a tooth would be mobile after an injury and may be painful. Localized inflammation occurs to activate and recruit inflammatory mediators as a part of immune response. Pain would prevent that tooth from being utilized and can be rested. Occlusion should be reduced. Tooth can be monitored with X-ray but NO final tx can be done until at least 4-6 weeks.

Pain + mobility: Damage may be readily heal able soft tissue, like the ligament that holds the tooth in place, or it may be hard tissue fracture, such as tooth root or bone. Please see your Dentist for examination/x-ray's to determine extent of trauma and Rx, which may include observation, splinting, analgesics, anti-inflammatories, diet modification, occlusal adjustment, pulp pal Rx, etc.

See below: See your dentist ASAP for an evaluation. Possible need for a splint, orthodontic or endodontic evaluation or no treatment at all. Teeth that have trauma can become endodontically involved in the future or a possible implant may be needed if the root resorbs in the future, start with a basic evaluation now.
