Get angled flossers: There are a variety of dental floss products that may help. I think a simple right angle product called "plackers " would be helpful. It has a fixed amount of floss anchored over a bow at a right angle & can be maneuvered with finger pressure. See:info@plackers.Com.

Buy some flossers: The pharmacy stores sell flossers that can help you. This should make flossing in the back jaw easier. You can also consider using a waterpik.

Holders, Brushes...: There are many products in the pharmacies that help hold floss using special handles or holders. Some come with the floss already on and some you have to apply the floss yourself which is a nuisance. There are also interproximal brushes available. Whatever is the easiest and therefore the most likely for you to use on a regular basis becomes the best.
