An Abscess?: You appear to be describing an abscess that is related to one or more of your front teeth. Best course of action is to see a dentist and have a comprehensive exam. If an abscess is not treated, it could lead to tooth loss, pain, blood poisoning, even death on rare occasions! Don't delay... Knowledge is power!

Lump: Lots of things cause lumps, including abscessed (infected) tooth, infected gums, mucocele, cyst, just to mention a few. Any pain, bleeding or swelling is a red flag saying, "something's wrong." Go see your Dentist for differential diagnoses and appropriate treatment plan. Please do so before little lump becomes a big lump.
