Lump: Lots of things cause lumps, including abscessed (infected) tooth, infected gums, mucocele, cyst, just to mention a few. Any pain, bleeding or swelling is a red flag saying, "something's wrong." Go see your Dentist for differential diagnoses and appropriate treatment plan. Please do so before little lump becomes a big lump.
