A cyst or polyp was found in the left side of my face on an mri. my ent dr is ignoring it. i get facial pain there and migraines on that side. help?

Migraine: Nasal polyps are not a disease by themselves, but rather the result of a viral or bacterial infection, allergies or an immune system response.Treat your migraine with appropriate medication. Small Cyst and Polyp may not cause migraine but larger ones can make breathing difficult and may lead to a decreased sense of smell and taste.

Get Second Opinion: The cyst may or may not be what is causing the pain. With a diagnosis of MS you may be having neuropathic pain of nerve origin. You need neurologic evaluation as well as ENT evaluation.You just may be having migraines that will respond to that specialized treatment. Get that additional evaluation.

7 day migraine went to ER, had CT & MRI of head. They found polyp within the right maxillary sinus measuring13 mm with high T2 signal. Followed up w/ primary & DR didnt mention this. Could this be the cause of migraines? Other Symptoms too?
Having mild little pains in head go and come. Ct and mri clear. Ent and allergist think Tension or mild migraine. Im a worrier big time. With good Ct and Mri should I still be worried? No other symptoms feel great. Walk 5 miles a day?

Ct & mri shows 11mm Rght sphenoid sinus cyst. Extreme right sided facial, head and neck pain, pain behind right eye, host of other symptoms. Ent says cyst isnt my problem. Gave me septoplasty, bone spur removal, turbinate reduction. Symptms remained?
