A cyst or polyp was found in the left side of my face on an mri. my ent dr is ignoring it. i get facial pain there and migraines on that side. help?

Migraine: Nasal polyps are not a disease by themselves, but rather the result of a viral or bacterial infection, allergies or an immune system response.Treat your migraine with appropriate medication. Small Cyst and Polyp may not cause migraine but larger ones can make breathing difficult and may lead to a decreased sense of smell and taste.

Get Second Opinion: The cyst may or may not be what is causing the pain. With a diagnosis of MS you may be having neuropathic pain of nerve origin. You need neurologic evaluation as well as ENT evaluation.You just may be having migraines that will respond to that specialized treatment. Get that additional evaluation.
