Long term headache, 3 months after plane ride. ed diagnosed me with sinusitis ct confirmed. 2 ent says prob not sinus, 1 wants ct scan of sinus. they believe maybe migraine. just had neuro app doc wants mri of brain, which one should i get?

I think you should have MRI done for satisfying both specialists.

Since specialists onsite at HT have raised questions of eustachian tube and sinus pain generators, as one explanation, and your physicians have mentioned migraine as another, it would be quite prudent to fully pin down the diagnosis. Both studies would be relevant.
