7 day migraine went to er, had ct & mri of head. they found polyp within the right maxillary sinus measuring13 mm with high t2 signal. followed up w/ primary & dr didnt mention this. could this be the cause of migraines? other symptoms too?

That polyp is an incidental finding, not having any causal relationship with your migraine. Take care.
