Ct & mri shows 11mm rght sphenoid sinus cyst. extreme right sided facial, head and neck pain, pain behind right eye, host of other symptoms. ent says cyst isnt my problem. gave me septoplasty, bone spur removal, turbinate reduction. symptms remained?

Get another opinion: If the surgery wasn’t helpful, you need to get to the answer somehow, what did this ENT say after you told them persistent pain still there ? Look elsewhere and find a reputable other ENT for a fresh opinion
