Pet ct whole body fdg showed 0.8cm possible tornwaldt cyst w/differential of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. extensive hx of ebv/mono, chronic migraine in last year and runny nose. have upcoming apt w/ent, but is next best step a biopsy to get final dx?

The ENT would advise you about a possible biopsy but before doing one, he/she may want more testing such as an MRI which may shed more light on the nature of this lesion.

I am 24 year old man. I have almond sized lymph nodes all over my body. My CBC levels are just above low in the borderline normal range. Mono, EBV, HIV, and many of tests came back negative. Should I get a biopsy or bone marrow test? Please Help.

Breast cyst aspiration had no fluid and core biopsy performed. Is it a cyst or a solud mass? More apt for cancer?
Having mild little pains in head go and come. Ct and mri clear. Ent and allergist think Tension or mild migraine. Im a worrier big time. With good Ct and Mri should I still be worried? No other symptoms feel great. Walk 5 miles a day?
