Hi I went trough an mri and my doctors told my that my prolactinoma is bleeding, is this a bad thing? Is it serious? Or should I not worry about it. Thank you?
Because of my hyperprolactinemia my doctor ordered an MRI, which showed a tiny prolactinoma. I dont have any symptoms, and these findings were all accidental. Do I have to take Cabergolin, or can we just do yearly controls (MRI or/and Prolactin)?
