Not related: Hi. No, the numbness in your middle finger is not related to your microprolactinoma. Sometimes prolactinomas can grow with pregnancy/lactation, but that's easy to check. Even if it grew, it's not causing your middle finger numbness.

Pinched nerve: Prolactinoma being a pituitary gland situation would not cause numbness in a finger. A nerve entrapment such as occurs in carpal tunnel syndrome is the likely cause.
