Ive had an mri & prolactinoma, recent mri says mild subcortical white matter hyperintensites in frontal lobes represent ubos what does this mean?

We just don't know: Unidentified bright objects are common findings on MRI of Brain especially in the elderly. Medicine simply does not what exactly what this means although we believe it is related to blood pressure and are possibly tiny strokes. It is unlikely related to your prolactinoma.
