Punctuate foci: Punctuate foci are often of unclear significance and may not be a sign of concern, but this finding needs to be taken in conjunction with the rest MRI picture and needs to be discussed with the radiologist and the ordering physician who knows you as a patient. Based on the mention of it, it's impossible to determine the true significance of this finding in your case.

Neuroendocrine : If small prolactinoma unlikely causing temporal lobe seizures & should consult an epileptologist (neurologist specializing in epilepsy). If a macroprolactinoma, it may extend beyond its boundaries & explain the seizures. If this is the case, should consult endocrinologist & neurosurgeon. Dopamine agonist treatment may reduce seizure frequency. Punctuate foci: 1st compare to the 3 recent mri's.
