No: It is not healthy to overload yourself with work. You are young and still have a lot of exploring to do to find out just who you are. This is the time to do that. Devoting too much tim to work does not allow you to develop healthy lifestyle habits like exercise, social interaction, thinking, reading, enjoying music and art. I believe that if you make time for the things that enrich your life,your work will be done faster and better.
