A member asked:

I normally eat a healthy breakfast around 7:00 am & work out at 8:00 am or 8:30 am. is this time range good?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

I prefer opposite.: Not that I'm disagreeing with what you listed, because it sounds Okay as long as it doesn't bother your stomach, but by exercising first then eating afterwards you'll burn fat stores for energy instead of the calories you just ate. This ultimately helps with weight control.
