Is flax seed oil or omega 3 supplements just as healthy as fish. my doctor told you suppose to do like cave man days eat fish instead of supplements. i dont have time to cook fish with way i work plus i scared of bones in throat?

Why do you need those supplements in the first place? If you have high triglycerides and you need those, you can change your diet to low calories diet (low carb and saturated fat) and increase exercise time. If you are healthy otherwise, you do not need supplements. Fishes are good sources of omega-3 but some specific types, not all of them.
