No: people tend to have a time of the day where they feel more energy and the workouts are easier. this varies from person to person. whatever time you workout is better than not working out

Healthy activity!: It is healthy to work out at any time you can! The best time is one that you can make a date with yourself every day - even 15 or 20 minutes for a little pick me up. Congratulations on making time for your personal fitness and health.
