Not helpful: TMY Dysfunction is not caused by dietary imbalance. It has physical and/or psychological causes. See your Dentist.

Unlikely: TMJ problems are complex and not related to nutritional deficiency. See a TMJ expert for management. Any dentist can be a TMJ expert with the proper training and experience. Most commonly, oral surgeons, prosthodontists, and orofacial pain specialists. Ask your MD, your dentist and your dental society for referrals.
