Nutrition: Functional Medicine physician. I would suggest you have a stool analysis looking for parasites, yeast, bacterial makeup of your stool, look for inflammation in your GI tract and to see if you absorbing your nutrients. You also need to have a food sensitivity testing. There are foods that you are sensitive to that you will need to avoid for at least 12 weeks.

GI or Functional Med: A gastroenterologist should be able to assess but I strongly recommend you see a specialist in Holistic/Integrative Medicine who practices Functional Medicine, as these doctors receive special training in exactly how to best assess and treat these issues.
