Consider homeopathy: This sounds like a problem that might be best addressed by homeopathy and, fortunately for you, there are many superb homeopaths in India. I can't advise a specific remedy; you need to consult with a homeopath. A vegetarian diet should provide sound nutrition though you might be deficient in Vitamin B12 if you don't eat much eggs or dairy. But I think homeopathy is your best bet for a cure.
