Mix it up: There are many ways to get protein from plant based foods. You can find protein content online. Peas, cottage cheese, and of course nuts/peanut butter or almond butter. Try Raw Meal (amazon.com): good fiber and protein, and all vegan. I use it myself daily. 0.5g/lb of body weight is sufficient. Can go up to 1g/lb if you are lifting heavy and regularly. Drink plenty of fluids!
