Depends: on what you want exercise to accomplish. By age 21 the amount of scoliosis you have will not change. Exercise will not 'straighten' you spine but has many other benefits. Take care.

Yes and no: In general, exercise is good and a core strengthening exercise program can often be helpful in improving mechanical back pain. That being said, exercise has never been definitively shown to have any affect I. The size of the curve itself.
