Yes there should be : No restrictions in terms of exercise with a typical idiopathic scoliosis of this size and exercise is beneficial to good back health and your health in general. Curves under 50 degrees by the end of growth are unlikely to progress. Cardiovascular conditioning, core strengthening and flexibility should all be part of your exercise routine
