Height: Mathematically, the AVERAGE height (given your parent's info) you can expect would be 5'4". Our final height is ultimately determined by genetics (in the absence of any nutritional deficiencies). Once growth plates are fused, no more growth will occur.

Predicted height by: Mid-parental Height suggests that you height will be around 5'4". Remember this isn't an exact science though. In the end, just eat healthy and let your genetics "do their thing".

Can't !: We are all blessed with a pre-programmed adult height that is very accurately predicted by a child's height at age 2. Barring some major damage to the long bones of the body in childhood, growth continues steadily until the growth plates of the metaphysis close, usuallyin the late teens. Human growth hormone is ridiculously expensive and may boost your height an inch or two, if growth plates open
