Can't !: We are all blessed with a pre-programmed adult height that is very accurately predicted by a child's height at age 2. Barring some major damage to the long bones of the body in childhood, growth continues steadily until the growth plates of the metaphysis close, usuallyin the late teens. Human growth hormone is ridiculously expensive and may boost your height an inch or two, if growth plates open
